JD for Key Account Manager.

• Growing the company’s revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided,
• He / She serves as a SPOC for the assigned key accounts
• He / She manages all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support.
• He / She has overall control over day-to-day operations.
• He / She has overall control over day-to-day Enquiries and responses within TAT over emails / chats / calls
• He / She is service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.
• He / She is able to think clearly in emergencies and ensures smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules.
• He / She guides the operations teams to address any customer feedback and vendor management issues.
• Identifying new business opportunities for key clients.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of Business.
• He / She ensures daily reporting is sent to the reporting manager religiously.
• He / She ensures all team members managing key accounts are trained on the platform.
• He / She ensures all operating files are closed with complete payment.
• Recommend improvements to customer service experience.
• Review customer demand data to support the product and experience development department.
• Gather and analyze feedback for operational improvements and product development.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of vendors’ performance.
• Ensure tour operations follow regulations including visa and immunization requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹40,000.00 per month
