The Role – Objective and Responsibilities:

Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oros gold loan products.

• Generate your own leads with field marketing activities
• Identify areas and markets where Oros products will sell better
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and conduct demos for customers
• Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

Skill and Requirements:

Must-haves!

• Languages – Tamil and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus
• Technology Skills – Ability to use CRM and basic typing
• Two-wheeler for travel
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• A knack for establishing relationship with customers
• Dynamic, persuasive, CRM and result-oriented
• Strong Communication and Convincing skills
• Personal integrity
