Responsibilities:

Creating simple and accurate product listings on the Orsa Jewels Etsy account, including product titles, descriptions, and pricing.

Uploading product images and ensuring they are of high quality and accurately represent the product.

Keeping track of inventory levels and updating the Etsy account when products are sold or restocked.

Responding to customer queries and feedback in a friendly and professional manner.

Keeping the Etsy account organized and in compliance with Etsy policies and guidelines.

Specific Requirements:

Good written communication skills to create accurate and easy-to-understand product descriptions and titles.

Attention to detail to ensure that all product listings are accurate and up to date.

Basic computer skills to upload product images and manage the Etsy account.

Positive and customer-oriented attitude to provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and feedback.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and is eager to learn and grow in the field. The position does not require any prior experience with Etsy or e-commerce platforms, as we’ll provide training and support.
