Responsibilities:

IT Compliance Analyst –

The IT Compliance Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the enterprise’s compliance with controls and processes throughout the Global IT Department. This individual is responsible for testing, documenting, evaluating, remediating, and improving internal controls and processes for effectiveness and operational efficiency.
The IT Compliance Analyst will fulfil these duties by collaborating with internal and external teams, IT management, business owners, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance project deliverables are met. Strong communication skills and knowledge of IT control frameworks is essential for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining,communication and updating senior team members on progress.

• Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Build strong internal relationships within OSI and with other services across the organization.
• Obtain and review evidence of compliance for adherence to standards.
• Monitor key domains of compliance controls, including change management, access to systems,networks and data, computer operations and systems development.

• Drive necessary system and process updates across key domains of compliance.
• Manage IT security and IT risk (e.g., data systems, network and applications) processes across the enterprise.

• Assist with the development of policies, procedures and standards that meet existing and newly developed policy and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and develop strong relationships as project lead within IT security and GRC projects.
• Stay current with and promote awareness of applicable regulatory standards, upstream risks and industry best practices across the enterprise.

• Support and/or conduct Internal audits with a specific focus on IT and related industry standards.
• Promote common IT governance, control, and assurance industry frameworks, including COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, Risk Management, IT Governance Institute and ISACA good practices.
• Apply IT industry frameworks such as ITIL and CMM.
• Document third-party reporting standards (particularly SSAE16), other reporting and industry specific standards.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in managing users in Active Directory.
• Good Understanding of Configuring Member servers and clients, user logon policies, password Policies and account lockout policies.
• Good knowledge on scripting preferably PowerShell
• Experience in evaluation of SOD and/or sensitive system access based on business risks/ industry best practice risks for multiple ERP systems.
• Experience in role redesign based on the violations identified during the SOD tests, application controls and security assessments.
• Validate processes, systems, and configuration integrity, including risks and controls within business processes (manual, automated, security)

Qualifications: To qualify for the role, you must have.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information systems, Engineering or a related field strongly preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of Control frameworks such as COBIT, ISO27001, ITIL etc.
• Enterprise risk services with a specific focus on IT, and related industry standards
• Utilize strong analytical skills and attention to detail to understand information gaps, deficiencies in various tools and reports from multiple tools and dashboards.
• Good working knowledge of a GRC Platform.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ideally, you will also have

• Familiarity with typical IT Systems development life cycle and change management processes.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office products
