Accounts Payable P2P Helpdesk, vendor creation, vendor management

Helpdesk Support : Day to Day interaction with vendor department related to Team Management vendor queries

Learning & Development Handling email queries and requests regarding the payment , sending payment

Client Relations Meeting SLA(service level agreement) within the prescribed timelines with 100%

Customer Service Manage workload requirements according to available capacity and volumes
