Location: GurgaonWorking Days: 6 (Work from Office)Industry: Tech/ EcommerceRole:Who is carrying wide experience of handling Secretarial, FEMA, ROC, RBI and Labour law compliance including vetting of Agreements, MOU, Mandates, SPA, SHA, POA etc.Who can handle the complete corporate legal of a Company, Having experience in carrying out/ assistance in carrying out Due-diligence for investment, Audit of SI-ND-NBFC.Key ResponsibilitiesSecretarial & ComplianceDue-Diligence LegalDuties:Drafting and Reviewing of customer contracts, vendor agreements and NDAs and other legal documents. Also, ensuring implementation of the terms of the contracts.Assisted in due diligence for investments in the CompanyEnsuring branch level compliances across all the locations have been timely completedEnsuring Labour law compliances state wiseCoordination with Internal and Statutory AuditorLiasioning with different state authorities/ Municipalities/ MCA officialsRequirements:Qualification: CS + LLB (Mandatory)Experience: 5+ YearsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
