Also, ensuring implementation of the terms of the contracts.Assisted in due diligence for investments in the CompanyEnsuring branch level compliances across all the locations have been timely completedEnsuring Labour law compliances state wiseCoordination with Internal and Statutory AuditorLiasioning with different state authorities/ Municipalities/ MCA officialsRequirements:Qualification: CS + LLB (Mandatory)Experience: 5+ YearsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
