Introduce the Elevator Modernization packages / products to cater to Modernization market.

Introduce the Service T packages / products to cater to Service market. Does the existing elevator code study and develops the packages to make it compliant in consultation and alignment with Marketing team.

Support on costing on the Modernization and Service T packages Create, check, release standard Engineering and Manufacturing data for the above products Work on Cost Reduction projects on the mod products.

Support the different Modernization requirements with technical calculation, feasibility and approvals.

Design modernization packages suitable for modernization of the units installed in India by importing from Other Otis entities like China, Spain etc. Create Field Installation manuals for Mod product.

Support and give solutions to technical issues in the site. Support Pre bid tender document study, giving technical details and design of high value industrial lifts like Dust Proof lifts and Flame proof lifts

Work with cross functional teams to execute the mod and T products seamlessly
