To put the employee first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all times
Provide accurate, timely first line HR advice and support to Managers, Employees and the wider HR team via telephone and email.
Administration of HR processes and procedures, including but not exclusive to:
New starters administration including screening and on boarding.
Changes to employment and personal details
Changes to benefits and compensation
End of employment administration
Ad-hoc reporting and file management
Managing and maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper based).
Ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and Managers.
Take ownership of delivering your part in individual and team objectives/KPIs, maintaining a high-quality standard, protecting and enhancing the integrity of our brand at all times.
Ensure all SLAs/KPIs within HR Shared Services are met within the agreed tolerance levels for timeliness and quality.
Participate in HR projects as part of the Otis HR transformation programme, business calendar, plus ad-hoc in relation to business requirements.
To carry out and undertake any relevant training deemed necessary.
Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO)
Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE).
