• 5 -7Yrs of experience in product design
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering discipline
• Expertise in functional PDM/PLM process like Engineering Change Management, Engineering/Manufacturing/Variant BOM and document management
• Proficiency in ProProgram, Relations, Family Table, GD&T, 2D Drawings, 3D Model Creation, engineering model conversion, EBOM/MBOM/SBOM generation of part and Assembly drawings and bills of materials.
• Ability to understand concepts & produce technical drawings to allow manufacture or purchase
• Design, analyze, and evaluate products or components, requiring 2-D and 3-D models of components and assemblies for prototype, production and retrofit builds, using state of the art CAD (preferably Creo by PTC or equivalent) and PLM systems (preferably Windchill or equivalent), Manufacturing MPM Link
• Prepare technical documentation in clear and concise terms in accordance with good engineering practice.
• Keeps up to date with the latest Design & Manufacturing techniques and drawing standards
