> Designation – HR Manager

> Location – Chennai (Address – Dimaak Tours, Workflo by OYO, Greeta Tower Phase 1, Industrial Estate, Perungudi, OMR, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096)

> Experience – 3 to 4 Years (Married Females also fine)

> Salary – 35,000 to 40,000

> Employment Type – Full Time, In Office

Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Creating team building activities

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter
• Bachelor’s in human resources
• A minimum of 3 years experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
• Excellent record keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
