Job Responsibilities:

·  Production planning, Capacity and Resource planning, Facility, processes and efficiency measuring and monitoring of the plant.

·  New Product Development, Ensuring the quality of the final product as per the quality plan.

·  Team building and management, trainings and ensuring safety and conducive work environment.

·  Ensuring compliance of statutory & legal requirements and established procedures.

· Planning project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines & monitoring

·  Overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.

· Implementation and compliance of Quality management system, Food Safety management system and Environmental

· Management system as Management Representative, Communication with agencies like Export inspection agency, ISO Certification agencies etc., Conducting & Managing Internal Auditing, Management Review and Coordinating 3rd party audits.

· Preparing a indent of machineries required, raw materials required & planning about their costs

· Planning about total capital requires.

· Oversaw operations of production facility including production, maintenance, and safety, quality & shipping / receiving.

· Increasing production efficiency by implementing LEAN manufacturing techniques.

· Reducing waste through process improvement initiatives.

· Managing team & managing production targets.

· Developed & implemented strategic business initiatives & annual operating budget for the plant.

· Making sure all the policies and requirements of Senior Management are implemented and followed properly.

· Ensure FIFO is followed at all times of Raw Material and Finished Goods.

· Implementation & monitoring of 5S & Proper Hygiene in Unit.

· state and central government liaising for approvals and permissions

Qualifications with exp

B.Tech / MBA Preferred dairy technologist with 20-25 years Exp.
