Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly MIS Including PL,BS, Cash flow and other reports
• Payable management and monthly book closing including monthly provision
• Co-ordination with statutory and internal auditors including Big4 audit firms.
• Conduct reviews with controllers of subsidiaries, review of control checklist and schedules.
• Oversee and maintains chart of accounts and review accounting policies and procedures.
• Consolidation of financials of group companies as per Ind AS, Application of accounting
  principles on business situations.
• Oversee GST and other routine tax compliance
• knowledge of ERP is desirable
• Preparation of PPT for management review

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA/CA inter , with Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounting/finance
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities and accounting

consolidation

• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Goods system knowledge and experience of handling big audit firms is

desirable.
