Job Description

From 6 to 10 year(s) of experience Gurgaon/Gurugram, Bangalore/Bengaluru (WFH during Covid) ₹ 8,00,000 – 18,00,000 P.A.

Requirement Summary & Duties:

• An IT enthusiast with passion for end to end IT Delivery. Someone having experience and interest in IT Services & Project delivery.
• Manage IT Ops for assigned areas and manage IT Project delivery as per timelines and quality.
• Implement, measure and report service/project metrics.
• Service Management experience, having worked in Internal IT department managing delivery of services in end user computing space (Incident Management, Service Management, Change Management, Service Desk etc.)
• Project Management experience. Keeping track of progress, issues, risks, action items.
• Experience in IT landscape covering some of the areas like End User Computing, Cloud and on-premise IT Infra, IAM, SSO, Network & Security, System Admin (Windows, Unix, Mac, Mobile), IT Automation
• Microsoft 365 Knowledge is mandatory.
• Familiar with latest Network Technology.
• Be a problem solver and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are moving forward.

Work Environment:

• Be a part of a Global IT Team as a manager of IT Service Ops & IT Projects
• Reporting to the Global Head of IT, you would love to be a part of this agile team if you are thrilled by fast paced environments which stay updated with latest technologies.

• Relevant skills and certifications around IT Service Management / IT Ops / IT Project Management.
• 6+ years relevant experience
