Key Responsibilities
Office & Facility Management
Oversee office upkeep, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
Manage procurement of office supplies (stationery, grocery, pantry, toiletries, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff.
Ensure safety, security, and compliance with office policies.
Administrative Operations
Maintain and update employee records, leave & attendance register.
Handle meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documentation.
Maintain inventory and asset registers.
Finance & Payment Support
Ensure timely payments of rent, utility bills, and office expenses.
Support in processing reimbursements, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
Assist finance team in maintaining records of invoices, receipts, and contracts.
Compliance & Coordination
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records.
Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding/offboarding formalities.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
2–4 years of experience in office administration or executive assistant role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
