Job Title: Delivery Incharge (Automobiles)
Client: Leading automobile franchisee in auto space for more than 5 decades
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Sales Head
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in automobile industry
Education: Graduate
Salary: Attractive & commensurate
Role & Responsibilities:
- Will Check and report for PDI readiness of the vehicle, 24 hours prior to delivery time, to Sales HOD & SSI Champion.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the test drive cars.
- To ensure cleanliness and decoration of the vehicle 2 hours prior to delivery.
- Will ensure timely delivery process.
- Monitor and execute all ceremonial delivery related processes for delightful delivery.
- To explain dealership as well as M&M 24X7 helpline on to customer.
- Should get the MNVH form filled and signed by the customer
- Need to explain the concept of Home-Installation to the customer and request his/ her appointment for the same in next 48 hours.
