Job Summary
1IRN done v/s GRN should have gap of above 15 minutes and not to exceed 48 hours,GRN to be done on same day of IRN date & invoice copies to be uploaded with in 24 hours,SCAN PENDING, REJECTED & QUERIES should be ZERO above 2 days,GRIR – Invoice submission to zonal office as per schedule,DAD / SO-Process to be completed as per schedule,Shelf Life Expiry Date capturing – SLED
2Staff & vendor relationship on resolving operational issues
3SAP IRN to be given to vendors with acknowledgements filed in order
F&V Daily dump to be veried with bill number recorded in the register
Store shrinkage percentage should be below 05%
SIT – across store to store / store to warehouse / Warehouse to store should be zero above 10 days
ZVTS v/s IRN register maintanance & IRN to be created immediately on receipt of material
SHORTAGE- Store has to generate TP report & co-ordinate with warehouse for closure
OUTWARDED STN / RTV documents to be recorded in ORN register immediately
Valid LR number / Staff contact details captured in bill of lading within 5 days of outward
GRN reversals should be ZERO, except for technical issues & allowed 1 doc / month
OPEN IRNs to be ZERO above 3 days under any conditions
Inventory scores to exceed above 90% in internal audits

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
