Full Job Description
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at our office.As the front-line employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesKeep front desk clean, tidy, and supplied with all the necessary suppliesGreet, communicate with, and welcome guestsAnswer all the customers’ questions and address their complaintsAnswer all incoming calls, redirect them when neededReceive letters, packages and send them to the appropriate destinationPrepare and manage outgoing mailCheck, sort, and forward emailsMonitor office suppliesMake supply orders when neededMonitor and update records and filesMonitor and log office expenses and costsRequirementsProven experience as front desk representative, agent, or relevant positionFamiliarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeepingProficient in English (oral and written)Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)Strong communication and people skillsGood organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesProblem-solving skillsCustomer service orientationHigh School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plusExpected Start Date: 13/9/2021Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹14,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to wear a maskEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)Management: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
