Full Job Description
The ideal Female candidate will provide top-level assistance for the CEO. She should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings, calling, and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.Service industry experience preferred.ResponsibilitiesAttend Calls and manage customer grievances on CEO’s behalf.Coordinate with various floor coordinators, Nurses, Doctors or connect with vendors.Engage in hiring staff.Calendar management for the CEO.Aid executive in preparing for meetings.Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.Attend Sales calls, meetings and respond to emails.Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for the CEO.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceHR or Accounting background preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office suiteExperience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Required)
