PappyTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an e-commerce consultancy company that helps business across multiple category verticals go online with services of need to end consulting, fullfillment & dropshipping and is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a challenging and high pressure environment and work closely with different teams to ensure an efficient customer experience for the following role:

Statutory accounting

• Booking keeping and posting of sales, purchase, expense, etc entries for e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, etc) & B2b sales
• Verifying the receipts with expense and actual sale/returns.
• Preparing monthly consolidation & reconciliation of all marketplaces data (Inventory & finance)
• Bank reconciliation
• Handling all TDS/TCS works upto finalisation and return filling
• Handling and preparing data and docs for all GST works upto finalisation and return filling
• Bulk upload and maintainance of tally data
• Finalisation of books & filing of IT returns in coordination with the company CA

MIS

• Extracting and compiling data of various marketplaces on excel & tally
• Review and Verifying the Monthly Sale / Return data for each Ecom Marketplaces
• Formulating SOP’s for each process and MIS
• Preparing monthly profitability of various Ecom Partner & of the company B2B business
• Preparing monthly consolidation & reconciliation of all marketplaces (Inventory & finance) & preparing monthly PnL
• Analysis summary of Marketing Cost for Ecom
