Pappy Tech Pvt Lts is an e-commerce consultancy firm that is help business across multiple category verticals go online and is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and work closely with different teams to ensure an efficient customer experience for the following role

1. Experience of managing multiple E-Commerce marketplace business for Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Myntra, Tata Cliq, paytm, Nykaa, BigBasket, ETC.

2. Build market place relationships and Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing.

3. Create and Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation, offers and participations

4. Drive the optimization of product listings using knowledge of keyword research, Marketplace Algorithm research, and product search rankings to ensure maximum exposure of our product across the channel and optimize opportunities.

5. Executing sales strategy and evaluating the same across channels / Market places.

6. Monitor competitive listings and our product pricing on all marketplaces.

7. Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all back-end tools, processes and systems

8. Monitor, analyse and report on marketplace metrics and sales.

9. Raising and Coordinating major customer issues and queries with marketplaces like ticket raising, error resolution, etc

10. Managing in & out process of market place panels like Amazon seller panel and other online Market Places. Seller flex experience preferred.

11. Manage and coordinate with teams like cataloguing, product photography, order processing, accounts, etc for daily checks and monitor KPI’s

12. Daily Inventory planning and Managing stock availability – model wise across online Market Places.

13. Experience in E-commerce payment reconciliation, Deals, Coupons, Reviews & Ratings, A+ Content, Catalogue improvement, Keyword updating.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
