As a Railroad employee, you will contribute to maintaining our high-quality production standards, while working collaboratively with a talented and friendly team. Responsibilities Assemble railroad parts and components according to production plans Inspect and test finished railroads to ensure they meet industry standards for quality and safety Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise during the production process Follow safety regulations while operating equipment and handling materials Collaborate with other team members to ensure production timelines are met Maintain accurate records of production and materials consumed Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and products Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in railroad manufacturing Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools and equipment Knowledge of industry safety regulations and protocols Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills
