Role & Responcebalitys

• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clinis of Pan India
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and Clinic Devission
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
• Arrange Appoiments, Meetings
• Maintain an organized filing systemof paper and strict level of confidentiality
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among, clientele and Clinic
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
• Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
• Develop and implement office procedures
• Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
• Compose letters, memos and emails
• Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
