Job Description

• Credit limit & credit hold management.

• Outbound collection calls (balance inquiries, incentive, commission, bills & credit note).

• Accounts Receivable Management.

• Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.

• Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts from debtors.

• Processing and reconciliation of invoices and payments in coordination with the accounts department.

• Notify debtors by letter, email or call for upcoming payment slots or outstanding invoices.

• Evaluate and update vendor performance periodically.

• Develop the credit control system in collaboration with Sales, Accounts and top management.

• Improve and implement debt collection processes for overdue invoices or payments.

• Establish and maintain regular communications with clients to facilitate periodic payments.

• Make notifications in client accounts of interactions, such as payments or purchasing activities.
