Job Description

• Should attain FCR while addressing customer queries in the blend of Voice, Chat, and Email (Inbound & Outbound)
• Should maintain professional standards while assisting the customers and serve resolution based on the defined standard operating procedure
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests to achieve customer delight

Key Skills

• Extremely good oral communications skills in Telugu
• Good communication skills in Hindi is an advantage
• Commitment towards serving the resolution on customer issues
• Good interpersonal and writing skills (English)
• Ability to learn and develop as per the industry dynamics

Qualification

• Should have experience of minimum 1 year as a customer service executive
• Should have relevant experience on CRM tools o Experience in the skill-based gaming industry is a plus
