- Maintaining an excel sheet with all the income and expenditure accounts
- Giving us a report of how much % is the fixed cost, variable cost & personal cost according to the income
- Providing a sales report of the number of bread sold, breads wasted, % wasted and some highlights on what can be done to improve
- Providing a sales report of items sold in the restaurant and items wasted. Giving pointers on what can be promoted or stopped after analysis of various months
- Willing to learn the present systems
- Punctuality is a must

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
