Social Media Intern

Patio Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and creative social media manager to bring in fresh ideas to the team and support in handling the social media accounts of various clients across the globe.

Social Media Intern Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the client’s social media accounts and overview content posting
• Brainstorms campaign ideas with the team
• Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linked-in, Whatsapp and Twitter
• Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
• Understands the overall concept of the client’s company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
• Engages with customers or clients and provide creative ideas for their business to grow digitally
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems
• Assists in creating performance reports
