Hiring Counselor for our IT Training and placement segment For Hadapsar. About us : Payas is the Professional IT Training Institute in Pune. This are some of the areas the company works in. a)Website Designing b)Online Shopping c)Web Development d)Off Shore Rescue e)Digital Marketing 1. Counseling students for IT courses, explaining courses (fees/duration/career opportunities/placements) to the prospective students through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and supporting the students for registration by answering their queries
2. Receiving in-bound calls and counseling for professional courses
3. Handling out-bound calls as per the leads received from different sources, making cold calls to the students/professionals/jobseekers
4. Judging the requirements of the students and converting them into admission
5. Converting telephone inquiries into admissions
6. Achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the timelines (earn incentives on every admission; training/guidance will be provided)
7. Arranging the batches/seminars/webinars
8. Monitoring class schedules to ensure the smooth running of classes
9. Using CRM and updating all leads and status in it
10. Shooting mails if required through CRM (training will be provided)
11. Coordinating with the HR, sales team and management from time to time
Other requirements 1. Should have good communication skills verbal and written (on-call and interpersonal) 2. Should have knowledge of English Hindi and Marathi language 3. Should be smart self-motivated 4. Should have good time management skills 5. Basic knowledge of marketing and sales is an added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher Salary: xe2x82xb910,000.00 – xe2x82xb917,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
