About the team: Merchant Helpdesk team handles merchant queries and concerns on QR code,EDC
and Soundbox-related issues like payment, settlement, device-related issues, etc.
About the role: Candidate has to handle concerns and complaints raised by the merchant day to day
basis and make sure the daily task is being closed within the defined TAT with good merchant
experience.

Managing of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Troubleshoot merchant problems, identifies the request and takes appropriate measure as
per the guidelines
Provide merchant support by call or email
