We offer a SaaS based collections platform to financial institutions, Banks, NBFCs & Digital lending firms for improving their collections efficiency using technology, automation intelligence and multi-channel communication for recovery of missed emi payments from borrowers. Our platform delivers customized strategies which helps lenders efficiently reduce their collection costs and NPAs.

Role:
We are looking for smart, dynamic people with high energy and passion to drive our Product Marketing initiatives. As our marketing ninja, you know how best to create a compelling marketing pitch & inspiring value propositions for our software products and solutions. You also pick the marketing channels that can give us maximum impact in terms of driving inbound sales leads. You will also help establish CreditMate as an industry thought leader in this space among Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Credit card companies and other financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• You’ll put together and deliver our technical and business-level messaging, you help implement our go-to-market strategy, creating compelling stories.
• You’ll collaborate closely with Business Development, Product, Engineering and Creative teams
• You take care of the creative development and publication of a wide range of product related marketing material including pitch decks, product videos, brochures, CreditMate website, blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, client testimonials, etc mapped to market needs, product features, and industry use cases, to help us convey our products specs to our customers and partners in the most compelling way.
• You define the calendar & content for webinars, identify high impact industry events where CreditMate can participate as a sponsor/exhibitor/thought leader and own complete strategy and execution for marketing our product at such events.
• You’ll also own all digital marketing initiatives like SEO, Social media, etc to enhance our digital presence and drive organic lead generation.
• You’ll be constantly researching and analyzing markets and competitors across geographies to enable sales and product teams to make decisions on roadmap, positioning, and other strategic matters
• Be responsible for our brand management and identity. You also contribute towards building a strong brand with deep reach.
• You analyze and report marketing KPIs to track impact, optimize and improve our positioning and inbound lead volume.

Desired experience

• Extensive experience in product marketing roles in the enterprise software (SaaS) space. You have a solid understanding of product marketing, inbound marketing, and content marketing.
• You are familiar with the process of product management and how product marketing fits into it.
• You have solid knowledge of marketing analytics, automation, and content creation tools. You are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• You gained experience working with B2B software companies and you are familiar with the dynamics and customer journey in enterprise B2B companies. You must be technically fluent, you are comfortable dealing with technical information and can translate technical capabilities into customer benefits. You have proven ability to craft engaging content in excellent English, including blog posts, white-papers, slide decks, videos, etc.
• Excellent written, verbal, storytelling and presentation skills
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in problem solving. Great attention to detail.
• You are hands on with the attitude to roll up your sleeves and get things done. Able to thrive in a fast paced, startup environment.
