Job Description :Restaurant Captain

• To be the Point of Contact for our restaurants / Cafés.
• Sales targets as established by the company.
• Take extra miles to attract the clients
• Build good working relationships.
• Track and analyze key metrics.
• Coordinating with the Restaurants & Managers for driving the orders.
• Coordinating with the Tech department for smooth order drives.
• Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstanding.
• To ensure a healthy realization of the sales volume activities.
• Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand
• Good analytical skills, Excellent communication.
• Remaining in tune with trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Assisting the sales/growth team with pipeline and opportunity inspection.

Skill sets required:

• Freshers are also welcome.
• Minimum1-3years experience in Marketing-Sales
• The candidate should have a two/four-wheeler (will be an add on)
• Negotiation skills
• Presentation &Communication skills

Great networking skills

• Experience in the full sales cycle, including dealer closing
• Must be result-oriented
• Hunger to chase & close new business

Compensation Details: Depending on skillsets 2L – 3LPA/- (For experienced /smart candidates’ compensation can be extended)
