• Inform customers about the company’s products/services and offers
• Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Generate leads that develop into new customers
• Identify customer’s needs and convince the customer to buy the product/service
• Gain comprehensive product/service knowledge and clarify information wherever required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Panchkula, Panchkula – 134113, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
