Picture Yourself at Pega:

In this role, you’ll help us with Meeting support, AV Trouble Shooting, User training on AV technologies, AV Design &Project Support and coordinating with AV vendors

AV Troubleshooting:

• Conduct daily conference room checks and track operational issues for all conference room/collaboration spaces

• Respond to requests and incidents, identifying the issues and providing resolutions

• Facilitate on-site maintenance activities with external AV vendors

• Procurement of AV/VC replacement parts, manage RMA returns

User Training / Documentation:

• Create clear user documentation for AV hardware and software and train users in all aspects of the AV/VC and UC technologies both in office and remote

AV Design and Project Support:

• Shadow senior AV team member(s) during conference room designs, office buildouts and other AV projects to gain valuable experience

• Participate in new product evaluations

What You’ll Do at Pega:

Meeting Support:

• Provide advanced AV support/direction for meetings and events within video conference rooms as well as remote video conferencing platforms.

• Provide business partners with full-service presentation support

• Assist with the scheduling, setup, and monitoring of local and Global audio/video conferences and live meeting events

• Troubleshoot meeting issues in real-time as they arise and utilize root cause problem solving to identify issues and provide resolution

• Conduct daily conference room checks and track operational issues for all conference room/collaboration spaces

• Respond to requests and incidents, identifying the issues and providing resolutions

• Facilitate on-site maintenance activities with external AV vendors

• Procurement of AV/VC replacement parts, manage RMA returns

Who You Are:

• Diploma in ECE /EEE or Any equal Degree

• up to 2-year experience as an apprentice or intern working with AV technologies and/or collaboration tools.

What You’ve Accomplished:

• Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and Apple MacBooks

• Basic knowledge of AV wiring and AV equipment functionality

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
