JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
2. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
3. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including board members, clients, investors, and employees.
4. Coordinate and plan special events, conferences, and other corporate gatherings involving the CEO.
5. Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports as required.
