People Konnect Hiring for Rewards Admin at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

• Provide administrative support on strategic Reward initiatives, both annual (e.g. pay review and bonus) and on an ad hoc basis  Partner digitalisation in space of Total Rewards, from designing to UAT signoff, to implementation
• Collaborate with payroll team and ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage entire administration, logistics and timely distribution of Service Recognition Awards, Appreciation week, iTQ, WeTQ or any kind of recognition program to respective employees  Maintain accurate and timely Reward related data, reports & MIS
• Partner RFP process for service provider, vendors, etc. Evaluating and negotiating with service providers (e.g. insurance company, Clubs etc)
• Liaise with vendors and negotiate and coordinate contracts for new and existing plans
• Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness to enhance processes across all Insurance programs in terms of products, processes, and service.
• Work closely with Insurance brokers & providers on Insurance products with the prime objective of enhancing the employee experience.
• Handle Group Mediclaim Insurance, Group Term Life & Group Personal Accident reimbursement, and reports and close employees queries timely with the help of Insurance Provider and broker.
• It will also be responsible to help, resolve compensation, benefits or any kind of recognition related issues, and collaborate with other departments and external vendors
• Renewal and administration of various vendor contracts
• Ensuring Tax and statutory compliance for all kind of benefits and recognition
• Repository of various policies, processes, standards, guidelines, etc
• Partner regular review of HR Process and Guidelines for Total Rewards to ensure accuracy
• Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations to Head Rewards & Head HRSS for improvement.
• Drive timely review of vendors/service providers to ensure process effectiveness and TAT as per agreement.

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to think holistically, and should have good analytical skills
• Advanced Excel & presentation skills essential
• Understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health & insurance etc.) and relevant regulations.
