With over 600+ head count & rapidly expanding there is a significant upside & growth for senior & mid level roles with this organisation.VP – Brand Strategy (B2C Fintech)This role will be responsible for all Brand Management, creation & positioning activities of the organisation. All Brand & PR initiatives for the company’s exisiting & upcoming products will be part of this portfolio. The role will be ably supported by various teams that are operating in both digital & non digital formats. We are looking for candidates who have managed Brand spends of 50-80CR.Additionally this role will be responsible for:1. Set marketing goals and objectives2. Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy3. Contribute to the overall growth of the company4. Review and manage content marketing strategy5. Determine KPIs for the marketing department6. Keep the marketing budget in check7. Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports8. Work with sales and development and customer success teams9. Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy10. Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions . Analyze company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvements11. Stay up to date with the latest technology12. Stay up to date with the latest best practices13. Attend marketing conferences and educational programs14. Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns overseeing the development and placement of the creative elements that position the company in the marketplace; researching and assessing the market and the company’s position in it; Supervising or collaborating with sales to turn marketing insights into sales; and Directing the company’s public relations efforts, or working in conjunction with internal and external public relations teams to create a coordinated message.- Requires a high level of technical aptitude to maximize the tools and leverage the social media platforms that are essential to marketing efforts.- Oversee the company’s use of analytics platforms to understand customer preferences, priorities and patterns particularly through user-generated media and how that insight can drive sales.Direct marketing campaigns and customer outreach via existing – and emerging – social media sites, as well as through traditional channels.- Prior work experience of working directly with the founding team/senior leadership of the organisationJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From INR3,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
