The Strategic Insights Analyst will support the insights branch of the team to use data analysis, insights and storytelling to take a holistic and objective view on growth-opportunities, identifying and prioritising the must win battles for PepsiCo in UK via Bolt and continue to bring outside-in with UK Pulse report focusing on macro data, people in daily lives and channel impacts.

Responsibilities

• Preparing complex bolt consumer data sets, UK Pulse of the nation report its communications or analysis (MANAGING)
• Day-to-day management of cross-functional strategic projects (EXECUTING project against an aligned brief / scope)
• Running analysis to inform high profile strategic decision making – g. defining portfolio market and category strategy during Annual Operating Plan (EXECUTING and CONSULTING)
• Managing and lisiaing with agencies to deliver projects and analysis in a form that provides insight to contribute to organizational understanding (MANAGING)
• Championing the UK Insights function, communicating and representing the mission and agenda of the team
