Overview

The Product Management team is tasked with articulation of the vision and leading the execution and implementation of PepsiCo’s next generation global Digital and Data infrastructure. The scope encompasses the full Strategy & Transformation agenda, leading all Digital and Data product roadmap initiatives, and is intended to manifest as components of a Data/Digital platforms which enable all business functions at Global scale.

The IBP Demand & Integrated Planning Product Support will be a critical member of the global IBP product management team and local market team. They own the technical solution delivery of continuous improvement (global product backlog) for Demand & Integrated Planning tool including both functional and technical aspects. The incumbent will provide end user support during o9 platform upgrades and major project releases. This includes deploying global IBP improvements for the live markets. They will work cross functionally with IBP process, Data and IT teams to deliver improvements. The Product Manager will have to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business and ensure IBP is positioned to drive optimal business value. This includes balancing the development of a global product vs. local market needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the continuous improvement and optimization of the IBP Demand & Integrated Planning product in a life markets, covering both technical and functional aspects.
• Support Data and Analytics team to ensure all data objects (GDO’s), including demand drivers, are defined, documented, and meet all business requirements
• Continuously identify and address business and user requirements to improve processes, systems architecture, products, and capabilities.
• Partner with the Data and Analytics team to refine and validate all data objects (GDOs), including demand drivers, ensuring they remain aligned with business needs.
• Develop and implement proposals and strategies for continuous improvement of the IBP Demand & Integrated Planning process to achieve increased benefits, cost reductions, and optimize software investments.
• Provide extensive support to end users and IBP COE during o9 platform upgrade by doing the end user training explaining changes and additions and driving adoption
• Lead the regression tests for IBP Demand & Integrated Planning product at the time of major project releases protecting life markets
• Own and manage the iterative product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and new features for the market in collaboration with Global IBP product managers/CoE.
• Manage and improve cross-workstream dependencies in partnership with Supply Planning teams.
• Ensure the ongoing delivery of high-quality products, driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Demonstrate a passion for ongoing enhancement and optimization in product design and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IBP and/or Demand Planning automation or support leveraging industrial standards such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9. Strong functional knowledge and 4+ years of hands-on experience with at least one of these tools (ideally with o9). Should be well versed with solution design at L1, L2,L3 level.
• Should have basic understanding of any coding language like Python, SQL or IBPL.
• 7+ years Product management with experience continuously refining strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment preferred
• 5+ years CPG demand planning or similar with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement enhancements.
• Experience in leading and delivering through external partners
• Proven experience in refining and optimizing products throughout the lifecycle, including ongoing iterations and enhancements.
• Experience managing evolving technical and design direction, incorporating user feedback and performance data
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in quantitative or engineering related field preferred
