Roles and Responsibilities :

• Branch Expense claims process & reimbursement on TAT without audit discrepancies.
• Bills Processing
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Travel Expense process & reimbursement on TAT without audit discrepancies.
• Advance follow up and settlement.
• Preparing Daily MIS, monthly reports, Ledger Scrutiny.
• Unclaimed transactions follow-up with branches.
• Co-ordination with Internal Audit team to clearing audit query.
• Performing other accounting duties as required or assigned
• Commercial intelligence – Purchases & Negotiations, Sales and Management Accounting, Material Accounting and Inventory control
• Oversee operation of Accounting Department with all routine compliances like-GST, PF, PT, TDS, TCS, ST, ED, VAT etc., Payroll, Human Resource, Administration and Treasury operations
• Provide accurate and timely Financial information and reports to facilitate the decision making process and ensure success of the Corporation
• Coordinate Annual audit of the Company with External Auditors, Handling of filing of IT Returns and IT Assessments up to Appeals.
