Job Description:
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing
approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a
deep understanding of return on investment.
Sourcing candidates as per Partner requirements from Job Portals like Dice,
Monster, and Career Builder etc. Should be well versed with the various job
boards like Monster, Dice, Career builder, Indeed, Techfetch, LinkedIn, etc.
Full lifecycle recruitment components including, but not limited to, sourcing,
qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due
diligence.
Understanding the Partner requirements for Candidates and Finding the right
candidate with all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement
gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and
extending offers.
Should be working with W2 and C2C requirements.
Other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities.

You Can Look for Freshers but local to Nagpur
Must be willing to work in night shift. This is a night-shift position (Indian
Standard Time 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)(US Central Time Working hours 8AM
to 5PM CST)
Applicant should possess VERY excellent written and verbal communication
skills and a good team player and result driven.
Must be expert in sourcing candidates from Job Portals like Dice,
Monster,Career Builder, Indeed, Techfetch, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and
the ability to work effectively with a wide range of IT Skills or Technology
personnel.
Onsite Job and No work from home/No remote option.
Completed Graduation. No Plans To study or other job Area.
No Older than 35 Years.
