Responsibilities
Understanding the hiring requirements.

End to end lifecycle of recruitment from recruitment to on boarding.
Souring the candidates from various job portals, databases, references.
Evaluation of candidates on the basis of their skills, experience and qualification.
Scheduling the interviews by coordinating with the candidates and hiring manager.
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
