Counselling our candidates on the course we provide.
Explaining our candidates regarding the tools they going to learn.
Working on retaining & up-selling.
Working on day to day calls to schedule the classes.
Calling interested students and pitching them about the products.
Providing in-depth information to prospective learners includes counselling through email, phone, chat, and social media, etc.
Resolving candidate queries relating to the course.
Identifying references through the existing learner’s database to increase the sales pipeline.
