Perennial Technologies Pvt Ltd Hiring for Finance Intern at India Full Time

• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms to maintain record of fixed asset accounting
• Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
• Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
• Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary level account in the general ledger.
• Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets
• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS and reports for asset accounting and depreciation.
• Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
• Prepare physical audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries
• Visit depot to verify special cases of disposition of fixed asset.
• Financial Planning & fund raising, timely payment to vendors. Preparing monthly, quarterly financial statements, MIS report of the financial activities and reports to assist in development of annual financial report.
• Budget Monitory & control, Cost Analytics.
• Good Hand in Tally Power & MS Excel.
