Job Description

The Role

This role involves the creation and revision of artwork for Perigord’s global pharmaceutical customers, within allocated time frame, while adhering to very strict procedural and quality guidelines.

Perigord are now looking for Junior Artwork Specialists for our office in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• The revision of electronic artwork, using the latest software, such as; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Quark, ArtPro and Package, in accordance with client’s specifications and job dockets.
• Complying with the specific client requirements detailed in the appropriate SOP’s and Work Instructions.
• Ensuring the required instructions and tools are available to accurately complete a job.
• Report any requirements for instructions and/or tools to the to the CSR if necessary.
• Communicating file issues or unclear job instructions to the appropriate CSR.
• Completing a quality review on each job and producing and checking proofs as per the appropriate SOP.
• Working to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Standards.
• Highlighting any potential issues and/or non-conformance to both the production and quality departments.
• Complying with SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and Work Instructions as detailed on training records.
• Ensuring the security of digital information by complying with the appropriate SOP’s and report any potential issue to the IT Manager.
• Updating of quality records, as detailed in the appropriate SOP’s.
• Comply with Perigord’s centralised Global Quality Management System.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years professional experience in an artwork role, in the Pharmaceutical, Prepress or Design industry.
• Experience with the Adobe Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Goods Manufacturing Practice standards and packing concepts.
• Ability to adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (Quality, TAT & individual KPI’s).
• Customer focus – demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
