JOB SUMMARY

To be independently in-charge of production from a unit (in terms of quality and quantity).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for production as per agreed targets for quantity and quality.
• Liaisons with statutory bodies for appropriate statutory compliance.
• Build effective relationships with the associates.
• Overall responsibility for recommending and implementing capex proposals and negotiating best rates for scrap disposal.
• Co-ordinate with the other functions within Pernod Ricard India and the associates.
• Generate regular MIS reports for informed decision making.
• Develop SOPs for maintain organization standards & implement SOPs designed by the organization without fail

PROFILE DETAILS

QUALIFICATION:

• Full time BE / B. Tech.

EXPEREINCE

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a comparable industrial enterprise

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Well versed with Excel and Power point.
• Hands on with Manufacturing Operations
• Strong knowledge of TQM Systems.
• Familiarity with the laws pertaining to factory/ labor/ excise.
• ERP Skills
