Persistent Systems Hiring for Java Developer at Remote Full Time

Role Summary
Understand requirements, implement coding and requirements shared by Architect, Leads, BA/PM. Support testing & deployment activities, investigate and fix defects in order to develop high standard stable codes as per design specifications.

Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Analyze functional/non-functional requirements and seek clarifications for better understanding of requirements. Define timeline estimates based on the requirements. Coding: Contribute to the preparation of the LLD and HLD related to activity. Conduct coding as per design. Defect Fixing: Investigate any defect raised and establish need for fixing and then fix defects identified during functional/non-functional testing. Fix defects identified during UAT within agreed timelines. Carry out estimation around defect fixes for self and the team. Deployment Support: Provide prompt response during production support. Technical Guidance: Guide team members in problem solving process. While one is not expected to do people management one should continue to provide technical guidance to the team

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
