Job Description:
Scheduling the calls as per customer’s convenience.

Virtually providing training of all the services to the clients.

Providing end-to-end support in resolving queries of the clients.

Reporting to the management at the end of the day.

Able to grasp things quickly, eager to learn new things.

Must be having basic knowledge of using PC, Excel, etc.

Experience Range:
1 – 8 years

Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation,

Skills Required:
Training Executive,

Candidate Attributes:
Good communication skills.(Fluent in English)

Must have completed graduation
