JOB TITLE: Senior Engineer – Quality (QA – System Engineering)

Work Location: Chennai Office

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Shall be Certified Systems Engineering professional (CSEP) or Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) or Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) in accordance with International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) 
• Shall have thorough knowledge in International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Handbook v4.0, SE Body of Knowledge (SEBoK), ISO/IEC/IEEE 42010:2011, ISO/IEC TR 24748-1:2010 and ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2015
• Shall have Interdisciplinary approach governing the total technical and managerial effort required to transform a set of stakeholder needs, expectations, and constraints into a solution and to support that solution throughout its life (ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2015)
• Systems Engineer (ASEP/CSEP/ESEP) would expect to Provide a life cycle framework to perform systems and software tasks/activities in an organized disciplined manner, process framework that can be tailored to suit, framework that can reduce risk, framework for achieving customer expectations, basis for communications, basis for coordinating work.
• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a systems engineer, which may include work in areas like requirements engineering, system analysis, architecture development, systems integration, validation, technical planning and risk management.
• Hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in an engineering discipline (or substitute additional years of on-the-job experience)
• Shall be familiar with General Technical Reviews, Audits, Stages and V-model approach.
• Should have experience in oil & gas/petrochemical industry, having experience in offshore renewable energy projects is an advantage.
