Pfizer Hiring for Assistant Officer at Vizag, India Full Time

Requirement:

• Maintain personnel hygiene.

• Knowledge on Visual inspection equipment

• Be aware of and always adhere to change room procedures.

• Check for proper housekeeping in his/her area.

• Receive the daily consumables and collect the samples as per procedure during batch.

• Operate the manual visual inspection as per the procedures and execute the batch and defect segregation activity according to the BMR.

• Transfer of materials to be inspected from terminal sterilization to visual inspection, Inspected goods to SFG area, rejects to defect segregation area and sending rejects to scrap room after defect segregation activity.

• Operate the manual visual inspection booth and process as per the procedures and execute the batch according to the BMR.

• Perform the cleaning of the manual inspection booth and all equipment’s as per procedures.

• LUX readings must be taken before performing the activity as per procedures.

• Perform the inspection, segregation and status labelling as per procedures

• Achieve the required output as per the norms.

• Errors to be escalated to higher authority.

• Defect segregation, Manual inspection batch start up and end activities.

• Loading and unloading of vials on inspection lines during batch activity.

• Ready to work in shifts

• Semiautomatic and leak testing machine and Automatic visual inspection machine operation

Qualifications

Must-Have

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3+ years of experience

• Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree
