What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in the movement of materials and finished goods within the plant,officeor warehouse. As a materials handling expert, you will be entrusted with receiving, storage, inventory control, internal distribution, and shipping, in compliance with corporate standards. To enable you to accomplish this task, you will make use of a variety of equipment, such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks.

You will be known to be team player, who is able to achieve targets on time. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative teaming environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It

• Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.

• Ensure receipts /shipments are properly received and labeled per specifications/regulations and receiving/shipping schedules are met with adherence to procedures and government regulations.

• Ensure inbound process and all warehouse procedures are followed and aligning with warehouse standard operating procedures,safetyand quality requirements.

• Analyze and Resolve situations that arise concerning material management, constant change, varying levels of priority, and management sensitivity.

• Update ERP system for storage or withdraw operation in the warehouse this includes updating.

• ManageOverage / Shortage Memo initiation post regular spot checks.

• Responsible for stationary items stock follow up and initiating purchase orders for stationary items and any needed indirect purchases for the warehouse.

• Initiate destruction memo for rejected materials according to requests received from quality control and follow up the flow of the memo until final destruction sheet initiated.

• Monitor and maintain the environmental aspects related to the warehouse area under supervision using data logger and sign monitoring records.

• Ensure data integrity alignment across differentapplicablesystems.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Knowledge of site operational activities.

• Experience with ERP systems and various other procurement tools.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.

• Good Written and oral communication skills.

• Experience with inventory management concepts.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge ofSix Sigma tools and methodologies.

• Possesses a positive, continuous improvement mindset.

• Knowledge of domestic and international logistic and government regulations.

• Good relationship management with customers and stakeholders.
