Job Description :

– IT industry analysis and opportunity finding
– Creating Corporate relations
– Handling Student welfare
– Creating Responsible for the achievement of business goals
– End to End Recruitment which will includes Sourcing, Screening, Speaking to the screened candidates.
– Sourcing through various portals Naukri,Monster,Times ,Linkedin etc
– Scheduling interviews of the selected Candidates.
– Regular follow up with the candidates till they join to client
– Maintaining daily tracker of the submission and Intreview schedules.

Skills Required :

– Candidate should have strong interpersonal, communication skills & pleasant disposition.
– Ability to respond effectively to the needs of the organization.
– Freshers are welcome, on job training will be provided.
– Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
– Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
– Should have excellent knowledge of Applications – MS Office, Power Point, Outlook Express, and word

Experience : 0-1 year

Qualification : Any graduate (BCS/BCA/B.com/BE/MCS/MCS/M.com)

Pursuing MBA / MBA in HR is a plus.
